This Thursday I will take part in the Workshop “International Investment Law for the Green Transition: the Limits of Plurilateralism”, to be hosted by the Faculty of Law of the University of Copenhagen. The workshop is organized as part of the research project “ENERGIZE: Re-Shaping International Investment Law for the Green Transition”, funded by the Independent Research Fund Denmark (DFF). I will be presenting a paper titled “A Fair and Equitable Green Transition”. I thank the organizers for the kind invitation.
