This Friday I will be taking part in the conference ‘The BRI and Dispute Resolution: Focusing on UNIDROIT Principles, International Arbitration and Judicial Adjudication’, to be hosted by the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), in Beijing. This event is co-organized by the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
