Should the United Nations create an International Investment Court?

This Monday I will be in Shanghai, China, taking part in the Conference ‘The United Nations at 70: Key Challenges for International Law’, jointly organised by Fudan Law School and Deakin Law School. The conference will focus on current international law issues on the following themes: human rights, international criminal law, natural resources law, trade, international conflict, and international dispute resolution. My presentation is entitled ‘Should the United Nations create an International Investment Court?’. The full programme can be downloaded here.
