Upcoming conference: ‘Trade Development through the Harmonization of Commercial Law’

The UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific and the Faculty of Law, University of Macau, will jointly host the UNCITRAL-UM Asia-Pacific Fall Conference titled ‘Trade Development through the Harmonization of Commercial Law’ with the support of the Comite Maritime International.

The conference will be held  at Auditorium, Wu Yee Sun Library,  University of Macau, Macau, on the 17 and 18 October 2014.

I will be presenting a paper entitled ‘Harmonization of arbitration laws in the Asia-Pacific: trendy or necessary?’
